I made a fantastic curry this year.... From a Marks & Spencers recipe book. ( I shall add a recipe later on)

 

I love to cook this is a fab book!!!

My question is: what was the most important thing you learned in 2012?

I learnt that TRUST is a massive 5 letter word it is easily lost, And hard to learn all over again... I am struggling with it but, another thing learnt is that without trying to trust again... I'm not going to live, Just exist.

This year.... Well last month, I took my makes to 5 different shops in the town I live in to see if they would see my handmade wears.... ALL 5 SAID YES!!!!

This means in 2013 I shall be getting my ass into gear and sorting out a business plan!!

That's a hard on.... I'm gonna take the easy option, and share a fiction AND non fiction.

I am currently reading this book, I love gangsta books/movies BUT to this day I have NOT seen this movie... I always said I would read the book first, so in 2013 I shall watch THE GODFATHER P1...

Now on to the Non Fiction.... This is a hard one, I am a hoarder... On every level, books are certainly no exception. I have read a number of sewing books this year. But I think that Colette SEWING HANDBOOK

 

 

 

This book comes with patterns which is a total bonus..... BUT the real reason I love this book is Suri

 

 

Not only does this book show you how.... BUT it also shows you WHY, I think that this is fantastic. it makes the understanding of the tasks so much easier!!

 

I can't wait to get my free Sorbetto pattern made up!! The only problem is I can't seem to get the printer set to 100%!!! Wish me luck!!

Considering the idea that nothing lasts forever: what was the most important relationship that you fostered in 2012?

My answer.... My boys...

 

 

 

We have become so close over the last year, They won't be wee boys for long so I'm grabbing all the snuggle time now!

 

We will be keeping movie night, baking and arts and crafts... I am looking forward to a little tent making and some egg and soilders just now....

My newly found desire to learn.... I am attending 2 courses ~ Accountancy & Bookkeeping and my Garment Making. I have recently been gifted 3 Craftsy classes.
