Day 13---Todays creative space!!

WOW
We're early this week huh!!!

This weeks creative space is a bit of everything.....

a coat muslin - on the back of the chair there
A Xmas tutorial - up front
A quilt - behind Adam AKA the sewing machine
More crayon rolls - beside the sewing machine

I have to say i am super proud of myself for eventually getting my ass in to gear... see the pin board there above Adam.... I have been meaning to put him there for at least say 2-3 months!!!! I am patting my self on the back right now!!!

And am about to go drink that hot coffee sans the kids in bed :o) Which means this amme AKA mummy can sew!!!

Day 12.2---My love of leaves

I do love autumn you know....
I think living in the UK calls for it,

I mean who can't love this???

It seems i have passed on my affection on to my boys.....
I have a buggy filled with leaves right now reckon I'll get some cute pics made on a rainy day...
well I'm off to get cracking on with a tutorial!!! yes it's still not done but it's nearly there!!!

Day 12.1---Upcycle found

Re-create, re-design something from a op-py....
I have had this dress for a age but alas it has had it's calling.....

I'm thinking a mini Skirt and a clutch..
Might even try get another bag too....

Day 12---My David obsession

So David Boreanaz......
It all started with a flick of the TV I came to find bones...
On Sky1 I am now a addict!!!!!
I do love the program quirky with tension & humor

With all the will they won't they.....
You know they will but only when the series ends....
Hopefully not for a while yet!!

I suppose it makes sense that one so hot,
Would be with a ex bunny huh some women have all the luck!!!!!

Day 11---New dress

Hello there peeps
Cutting it fine today!!!!!

I'm just back from my sewing class, I really enjoyed it tonight should have been working on my jacket tonight but ..... I fancied a bit of instant gratification,

This fabric has been in my stash for so long... and has been begging to
BE something!!!
It is now well on it's way to being a fab shift dress.... I'll keep you posted. I do love my sewing class it makes Monday a good day... No need for the Monday blues!!

Day 10---Finn & me with Thomas & friends live

So today has been less snotty of which i am very thankful...

And full of massive smiles from my wee boy Finn,
today we went to see Thomas & friends live in the millennium forum
I really do enjoy seeing my wee boy smiling so, he was super excited

They has a intermission during the show....
So Finn was able to get some more laughing fuel...
And i couldn't resist the drivers hat (and much better than the £9 for a spinning light!!!)

After he spotted a tractor ride on the way to get his brother... how could i say no to a smile like that!!!!

Day 9.3---Gone fishing!!

No no i haven't actually gone fishing!
I think I shall have to wait for all that, till the boys are a bit older!

We bought new fish for the boys tank! And a skull....

Although, I'm not sure the new bridge will be getting in there anytime soon! The boys love it for their trains! I reckon we shall be getting some new Minos soon too, as the big white fish is a bit of a bully.... there were 10 Minos now there is 1!!!!

Day 9.2---Flea market finds

So i managed to get out for a couple of hours sans the boys.. This is ever so rare, I was actually able too look about the op-shops.... even try a few things on imagine!

Firstly i got 2 pairs of new trousers both with tags still on.... Thank got i think after the 20th pair i was about to give up! But i am a firm believer when you find a make you stick to it... This is not such a option with the challenge of a utmost kind!!! So was more of a challenge than usual.... Yes another but... I now love trousers i have found, because they were a bugger to find..... aahhhh appreciation huh!!

I got a new jacket... for the winter, such a fab colour being I wear denim all the time!

And a new jumper, not that i need any more jumpers... to say i have too many is a understatement.

And lastly my affections for doilies has not died..... I think this has something to do with the lovely Tif over at dottie angel... Talking of Tif & crochet If you have time she's doing a book week, loving that one of her kids knows her well enough to buy this book.....

So all in all I reckon my rummaging has served me well today i went out to get new clothes.... And actually got some...

I am a happy person.... Even if I am very snotty!!

Day 9.1---You got to fight!!

Right I shall no longer be beat by this bloody cold/flu.....

I'm on to the hard stuff!!!!

And a dam strong coffee.....
I think the blueberry muffin has helped the Grrrr in me be found again!!!!!
